IRMC Office Policies
To make an appointment please call us directly at 941-979-6509 or 904-379-0208. Upon scheduling your appointment patients may be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment. You will NOT be charged a fee for scheduling the appointment. A $50.00 fee will only be applied to your credit card should you cancel within less than 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment.
We also recommend that you schedule appointments in advance to ensure your preferred time is available. All correspondence regarding booked appointments will be conducted thru our automated system by text message and email (at the client’s preference). Please ensure that we have a correct phone number and email address for you. When you receive an email from IRMC please read the emails or text messages as they will always contain important information or notices regarding your appointment.
You may now also schedule an appointment 24 hours a day but utilizing our online self-scheduler.
Scheduling an appointment either via the online scheduler or telephone, is your acceptance of these policies.
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next client, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we feel there is not enough time to give you quality treatment and not keep other clients waiting. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and the $50.00 cancellation fee may be applied.
We encourage you to schedule at least two weeks in advance or upon leaving of a current service to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule.
If you need to cancel an aesthetic appointment please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. All aesthetic cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50.00 fee for an appointment. The courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. Additionally, patients who miss their appointments by default of a no call/no show will have forfeited the eligibility to utilize coupons, vouchers or any special pricing offers. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
Courtesy and Children Policy
Please respect the tranquility of other guests and refrain from phone conversations and loud noises that may disrupt others. Children are wonderful. The physicians and staff love them as much as everyone else. That being said however; this is not an appropriate place for children. Children will not be permitted in the treatment rooms under any circumstances and cannot be left unattended in our lounge area. Please understand that it is for everyone’s safety that we have implemented these policies. Please keep this in mind when making your appointment and plan appropriately.
We ask that you consider our policies not as restrictions but as indispensable rules, which allow us to provide high standards of service. With regard to appointment cancellation fees, these are unfortunately necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to clients and patients when they make the appointments.
Gift Certificate & Gift Card Policy
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.
Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. Payment for all individual treatments is due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of first treatment. We do not offer financing or payment plans. All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credit issued for any service, including but not limited to; Botox, Dysport or Dermal Fillers. We accept Cash, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices & Promotions
We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website, Facebook and newsletters updated accordingly, please note that prices, services and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give our clients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase. Patients who miss their appointments by default of a no call/no show appointment will have forfeited any coupons, vouchers or any special pricing offers.
We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-clinic credit with 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented adverse reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only. In accordance with FDA regulations, we do not offer refunds on any skin care supplements.
Refer a New Client to our practice and receive a $20.00 credit towards any service on your account after the New Client’s treatment is complete. You must use your credit within one year. There is no cash value associated with this credit on your account as it will only be applied toward a service.
We will be honest in all our dealing with you as our trusted client. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person and sometimes even from treatment to treatment. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
Our #1 goal is for you to be happy with our service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. With this in mind, please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are medically appropriate for you. Audio/Video Recording of Public Areas
Please note that all public areas in both locations are under 24hr video/audio surveillance for the purposes of accurate recordkeeping and the security of our facility, staff, physician as well as our patients.By creating an appointment with Integrated Aesthetics either in person, by telephone or through the use of our Online Scheduler each patient is giving consent to being both audio and video recorded in all public areas. If a patient does not agree to being audio/video recorded that is their decision to make however appointment times will not be granted, treatments will not be performed and those patients are to remove themselves from the facility to prevent any audio or video recording from taking place as a result of their presence on the property.
Quoted rates depend on results of medical evaluation. Actual rates may vary. Certain restrictions and exclusions may apply. Various medical conditions and other factors may require additional costs for procedures and/or make certain procedures unavailable.

In the event that an unresolvable dispute should occur each patient agrees to abide by our arbitration agreement to easily facilitate a resolution to a situation.Each patient agrees that they will not, knowingly or unknowingly post any negative, disparaging reviews or any review misrepresenting facts by making false statements about the practice, the staff, the treatment or any other interaction with IRMC in whole or in part, unless specified in agreement through arbitration. Each patients agrees that if any such reviews are posted on any public or private forum that they will owe IRMC $5000.00 per each violation or occurrence for liquidated damages.
